Bring us something

You can hold it here.

A tasting you have wanted to run, a question worth a day, an object you would teach others to make. This house exists for people who bring inspiration, curiosity and craft into it — and we would rather work with you than sell to you.

Four questions decide whether it fits, and they are the same four we hold ourselves to: PEC². Answer them in your own words. If three of them are hard to answer, the idea is probably not ready yet — and that is useful to know now rather than in November.

A few sentences. What happens in the room, from the moment people arrive.

P · Personal

Who is it for, and how many?

Fifteen at one table is a different evening from ninety in rows. Tell us which one you are imagining.

C · Creative

What does someone leave with?

Something learned, something made, something decided. If the honest answer is “a nice time”, say that too — it is a real answer, just a different one.

C² · Collaboration

Who are you doing it with?

A producer, a researcher, an artist, a colleague. Names help — we name our counterparts on the programme rather than calling them suppliers.

E · Environmental

What does it cost the world?

Travel, materials, food, heat, what is left over afterwards. A rough, honest answer is worth more than a careful one.
